  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
